Our goal is to make sure you receive the best value from every purchase you make from Pinon Marketing Group, Inc. We want to be your number one choice for our diverse range of products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, simply return it within 30 days for a no hassle return. For returns after 30 days (plus a 14 day shipping allowance) the Return Schedule below.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
- Returned products must be in brand new, mint condition.
- Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and the blank warranty cards. The manufacturer labeled Packaging must be enclosed within a new shipping carton.
- Any Blister packed items or products that come in hard plastic wrap can only be returned if unopened and in original condition.
- SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES, IF APPLICABLE, ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
- Returns must be received by Pinon Marketing Group, Inc. (pinonmarketing.com) within 14 calendar days after notifying Pinon Marketing Group, Inc. of intent to return. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item.
RETURN SCHEDULE AFTER 30 DAYS: (plus the 14 day shipping time allowance)
- 30 + days = 20% restocking fee
- 60 + days = 30% restocking fee
- 90 + days = 40% restocking fee
- 120 + days = 50% restocking fee
